Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for temporary modular office space at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal.
Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS).
This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements.
All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.
A site visit is scheduled for August 30th and 31st, 2022 at 9:00a.m ET. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Rodgers Cox at Rodgers.L.Cox@faa.gov, Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov and Joni Haynes at Joni.L.Haynes@faa.gov no later than August 23, 2022 at 12:00pm CST.

Questions are due no later than September 06, 2022 at 1700 CST.
Proposals are due no later than September 23, 2022 at 1500 CST. Any proposal received after 1500 CST on August 23, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award.
To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov.
To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
