Description
The 88th Readiness Division (RD) has a need for preventative and corrective facility maintenance services for United States Army Reserve facilities located within the Des Moines region. The Des Moines region includes portions of two states (Iowa and Nebraska). The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone firm-fixed-price contract in fiscal year 2024 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. Additionally, the Government may exercise options for up to an additional 6 months under FAR Clause 52.217-8.This requirement is acquired as a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8.
