Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. for diving gases and purge and vacuum of systems in support of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit Two. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please see attachments for further information. The associated NAICS code is 325120 with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
