Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons: Metropolitan Detention Center located at Brooklyn, NY requires annual maintenance, testing and inspection on four (4) Caterpillar Diesel Generators. Below you will find the information necessary to generate a quote.

The contractor will will be responsible for all duties outlined in the the Statement of Work attached to this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and parts for the service of three Caterpillar Diesel Generators.All necessary work will be conducted during normal business hours 6:00 A,M,-4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The work will run for 7 months, from March 1, 2023 to Sept 30, 2023.

5. Review and comply with the attached Service Contract Act WD #2015-4187 for appropriate wage determinations.
"The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, apply to contractors and subcontractors performing on federally funded or assisted contracts in excess of $2,000 for the construction, alteration, or repair (including painting and decorating) of public buildings or public works. Davis-Bacon Act and Related Act contractors and subcontractors must pay their laborers and mechanics employed under the contract no less than the locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits for corresponding work on similar projects in the area. The Davis-Bacon Act directs the Department of Labor to determine such locally prevailing wage rates. The Davis-Bacon Act applies to contractors and subcontractors performing work on federal or District of Columbia contracts."
Evaluation factors are price and past performance. The government will award to the responsible contractor whose quote is conforming to the solicitation.
