No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought notice is in support of market research being conducted by 49 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with these services on Holloman AFB.

Description:

Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) Maintenance, Repair, And Inspection Services

The Air Force 49th Civil Engineering Squadron and the 49th Contracting Squadron (49 CONS) are currently seeking sources for a service requirement for Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) (aka elevators) Maintenance, Repair, And Inspection Services at Holloman AFB, (HAFB) NM. See the attached PWS for a description of requirements. 

The designated NAICS Code is other building equipment contractors. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. Please respond according to the directions stated below.

Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization, and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary.
