AMENDMENT 0004:

This RFQ is amended as follows:

  1. Revised Statement of work – changes are denoted in red font. This amedment added 508 Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards are applicable to this requirement to section 7.0.
  2. Revised RFQ N6660423Q0612-0003 to add 508 (EIT) compliance.

Deadline of September 21, 2023 at 2PM EST remains the same.

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-23-Q-0612.


The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the below in person Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) trainings in accordance with Attachment #1 Statement of Work:

This procurement is 100% set aside for small business as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611420; the Small Business Size Standard is 150 employees.

Place of performance: Contractor provided facility within 10 miles of NUWCDIVNPT, Newport, RI
