This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N22Q0172 for the purchase of services to calibrate load cells, on the main hoist, on two 385-ton, trolleyed bridge cranes located at the John Day Dam in Rufus, Oregon, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for a full list of specifications, quantities and services required.
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.
This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333923 - Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist and Monorail System Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The government requests quotes for the following items:
CLIN 0001 : No Load and Load Test of North and South Bridge Cranes
CLIN 0002 : Calibrate North and South Bridge Cranes
Delivery Information: Required physical completion is 90 days after award date of contract (contract end date is 150 days which accounts for additional time for final closeout documents) to the following location:

Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ. Limit proposals to 10 pages.
