Description
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for Delivery of Pre-Filters and Final Filters for Mechanical Systems at Hollings Marine Lab, Charleston SC. Deliveries shall be provided in accordance with the statement of need herein.
Quotes shall be FOB destination,
The Government will award a firm fixed price contract. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote.
This RFQ is set aside 100% for small business. The associated NAICS code is 333413, Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees.
Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote:
- The Request for Quote (RFQ) number;
- The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror;
- Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;
- Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,;
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on December 29, 2022; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value. Factors considered include Technical, and Price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov.
Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Contractors are encouraged to register with the Contract Opportunities Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within Contract Opportunities where this synopsis/solicitation is posted).
Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
The anticipated award date is on or about January 6, 2023.
The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
