NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO 8(a) SOLE SOURCE:  The United States Air Force, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (USAF AMIC), Advisory and Assistance Services (PKAB) Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source contract to the 8(a)JV, SOFITC JV LLC (UEI: PWJFKZ591LN6).  SOFITC JV LLC will be providing information technology service to the Government in a controlled network environment. The anticipated award date is 1 July 2022.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511 with a size standard of $30.0M.

THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS.  A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS REQUIREMENT BASED ON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
