Description

Combined Synopsis Solicitation West Haven VAMC Inpatient Pharmacy Preventative Maintenance (i) RFQ responses are now due May 23rd, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST. RFQ responses must be submitted via email to david.valenzuela2@va.gov . Hand deliveries shall not be accepted. (ii) A site visit will be held May 17th, 2023 at the West Haven VAMC, 950 Campbell Ave, West Haven, CT 06516. Please contact Gary Barbour (gary.barbour@va.gov ) for specifics and attendance.
