Video Surveillance System

Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the entire existing Video Surveillance System (VSS) to include cameras, wiring, monitors, and computer located at U.S. Coast Guard Base Honolulu

Please contact ME2 Justin Alaniz for scheduling a site visit on the following dates. Site visit is a mandatory requirement for proposal to be considered. Questions collected at site visit will be collected and a RFI will be posted on sam.gov following the second site visit:

updates:

6/21/2024: added RFI, 8 cameras missing from original image 

7/3/2024: solicitation close date shifted to 7/18/2024. Could possibly see another shift to the right. we are actively working to address RFI and update the SOW based on what was asked and proposed at the latest sight visits. 

7/10/2024: SOW has been updated along with update the RFI Q/A. We do have a few un answered questions and are activaly working on getting answers. With the delay on getting out an updated SOW and completed RFIs, the close date of this solicitation will be extended to 7/25/2024 10;00AM HST. Please disregard the close dates posted on the combined synopsis/solicitation attachement and SF-18. 

7/18/2024: update to SOW to clarify restriction of wifi connections. Needs to be  Point to Point licensed frequency microwave  system

7/24/2024: update to SOW and added salient characteristics (new attachements). 

9/4/2024: added required equipment list
