This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. The solicitation number is F3G3CF2109AW02. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 01 May 2022.

3. This requirement is solicited 100% Small-Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code 811310.

4. Below is the contract line item number.

5. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportations and labor necessary to perform annual maintenance of the flight line wheeled halon fire extinguishers.

Period of Performance: 16 September 2022 – 15 September 2023

Delivery/Ship to Location: Nellis AFB, NV

6. Place of delivery is Nellis AFB, Nevada, and inspection and acceptance is FOB destination.
