Description
This a solicitation for Vegetation Management Services for the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas. This Request for Proposal (RFP) services are subject to the Service Contract Labor standards and along with its attachments, this solicitation will provide the wage rates, specifications, details and locations for this requirement.
To Quote send proposals and all required documents to sean.metzger@usda.gov by the due date and time. LATE OR INCOMPLETE Offers will not be accepted. QUESTIONS ARE DUE 12/27/2024 @ 3PM ET. OFFERS DUE 01/07/2024 @ 2PM ET.
This solicitation will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a target Award Pool of up to 20 Awardees. These contracts will have a base period that begins from the date of award through 09/30/2025 and four 1-year Options, that if exercised could extend the contract period of performance through 09/30/2029. Each Option Year is not guaranteed and will be subject to: (1) funds availability and (2) sustained satisfactory contractor performance. Option Years will be exercised near the end of each Period of Performance.
"Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." These MATOC contracts, once awarded, will be competed, funded and have Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) assigned at the Task Order level. The government intends to award a contract without discussion, refer to FAR 52.215-1(f)(4) Instructions to Offerors-Competitive Acquisition (Nov 2021).
