Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section/National Acquisition Programs Unit (NAPU) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring a full HD Video wall system. The RFQ package will include quote, staging, optimization, onsite installation, training, and full 24/7 support of the final product. This will be a full turnkey solution to include all hardware, cabling, installation, optimization, training, and final product acceptance.

***All prospective contractors shall fully read the attached SOW for product/service requirements***

Contractors interested in competing for this effort are requested to provide a Capability Statement, to include past performance information with no more than three (3) past performances references demonstrating the same/similar work (include full contract numbers and dollar value). Contractors shall submit quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ, and in the Statement of Work (SOW). All quotes shall be firm fixed priced.

A site visit day has been established for Monday, May 02, 2022 at 10:00 EST. All contractors interested in providing a quote will be required to attend the site visit session to familiarize themselves with the project requirements and view the installation site/layout area(s). Quotes will not be accepted from vendors that either (1) have not attended the site visit session or (2) previously viewed the installation space/site layout area.

This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI in SAM.gov. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only quotes from Small Businesses will be considered.

Period of performance: All installation should occur within 30 days of award receipt and acceptance, unless otherwise noted by the Contracting Officer.
