Description
GSA has executed a lease extension for 6 months for 4,560 rentable square feet of space for the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") in Long Beach, CA. The lease has been awarded to Million Air North, Inc. Commencing January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023, U.S. Government will pay $144,059.23 for the 6-month extension.
