Gate 3: 39 06’ 14.2" N 120 44’ 35.6" W

All other terms, conditions, and proposal due date / time remain unchanged.

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend proposal due date, post RFI round 1 responses and revised SOW.

Proposal due date / time is hereby extened from 05/19/2023 to 05/24/2023, 1:00 PM PST.

Attached is "RFI Official Responses - 1" and "1. Statement of Work - Revision 001" which are hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award. Failure to use the revised documents and requirements revised within will result in your proposal being non-responsive.

All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, May 12th, 2023.

A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
