Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mexico Mission seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide services for a five-year contract entitled “USAID Mexico Civic Courts and Local Police Capacity Building Activity”.

This procurement will be conducted pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1). This procurement’s competition is limited to Local Mexican firms including public, private, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations, as well as institutions of higher education, and non-governmental organizations. Subject to availability of funds, USAID plans to award a single contract to one successful offeror with an estimated cost of approximately $20 million, inclusive of fees, through a local set-aside. This will be a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Completion type contract.

USAID/Mexico will hold a pre-proposal conference for the interested offerors. If you would like to participate, please send an email to mexicoaa@usaid.gov and we will send you the date, time and the link to the conference as soon as available.
