Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) is proposing to lease a minimum of 15,494 rentable square feet (RSF) and maximum of 16,269 (RSF) of medical/office space for a Mental Health Clinic in Harlingen, Texas. The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered must be either new, a modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. All design and construction shall meet the most current VA Standards. Lease should be full service. On-site parking for 100 vehicles is required. The term should be 20 years, (10) years firm with a (10) year soft term.

RLP offer due date is extended by 15 days from December 21st, 2024, to January 3rd, 2025, with offers due by no later than January 3rd, 2025, 3:00pm (Mountain Standard Time) at the following email address: Victor.Mitchell4@va.gov.

Responses to questions received prior to December 5th, 2024, will be consolidated, and posted to the Government Point of Entry no later than the close of business December 19th, 2024. No further questions will be addressed on this project as of today, December 17th, 2024.
