Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J6-25-Q-0001, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01 Effective November 12, 2024. This procurement is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 311991 - Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing, with a size standard in number of employees: 700. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:
The HING has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Meals for Inactive Duty (ID), Active Duty (AD), Full-Time National Guard Duty (FTNGD), Federal Service, Yellow Ribbon Events, or when other incidents requiring meals. Inactive Duty (ID) is categorized of Inactive Duty Training (IDT) consisting of regularly scheduled unit training periods (regularly scheduled drills), additional IDT periods, and voluntary IDT at the following locations: Oahu, Maui, Kauia, and Hawaii (Big Island)
The HING intends to award a BPA for each location listed above, for a period of five (5) years (estimated Period of Performance (PoP) 27-January-2025 to 26-January-2030).
