Description
Vanderbilt University will produce at least 50mg of a monoclonal antibody targeting dengue virus for use in non-human primates. This monoclonal will be shipped to NAMRU6 at an appropriate temperature and guidance on storage and handling provided. NAMRU6 will then administer the monoclonal antibody to non-human primates prior to experimental infection with dengue virus and monitor animals for infection.
