This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, for the procurement of installation, removal, and storage of holiday lighting for Fisher Houses 1 & 2, Minneapolis, MN. The resulting award will be a five-years award (base + four option years) firm fixed-price contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561790-Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings with an SBA size standard of $9.0 million. PSC code is N062.
