Description
Synopsis - Notice of intent to Full and Open Competition
This will be a firm-fixed priced commercial services contract, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102 (b) that will contain a one (1) 12-month base and two (2) 12-month options. This solicitation will be issued under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620. The corresponding SBA size standard is $16.5 MIL.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: This acquisition is for non-personal services to provide Adaptive Management support to the ongoing development and implementation of the Missouri River Management Program.
- Provide expertise in developing technical components and assessments for the Missouri River Recovery Management Plan (MRRMP), Science and Adaptive Management Plan (SAMP) and implementation of the actions, research and monitoring for endangered species, including:
- Design or assessment of Adaptive Management endangered species experiments/actions (experimental design expertise)
- Design or assessment of endangered species monitoring and assessment program (statistical expertise)
- Lead endangered species technical teams
- Communications and reporting of program findings
- Provide expert input to Adaptive Management process and organization through meetings, presentations, written reports, and information management products
- Documentation of new components into the SAMP and its revisions, along with previously developed components/tools developed as part of the MRRMP and effects analysis process.
- Author new elements to the SAMP (experimental designs, monitoring strategies,).
- Provide expertise in guiding direction and strategy regarding Adaptive Management process.
