Description

The 195th Wing/Mission Support Contracting (195 WG/MSC) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the repair of metal roof flashing for Buildings 1 and 2 at San Diego Air National Guard Station (ANGS), San Diego County, CA.The total period of performance is 75 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) to include inspection and punch list activities, which provides adequate time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45M. Pursuant to DFARS 236.204(i), the magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is set aside for competitive 100% Hub Zone small businesses.This solicitation has one (1) option bid item and the government will determine the apparent low bidder in accordance with the procedure described in FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options.A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for August 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM PDT at San Diego ANGS. Interested offerors are strongly encouraged to attend both and shall follow any other conference registration and base access requirements posted in the solicitation.
