John Deere Commercial Price List

This substantially bundled procurement established a Long-Term, Requirements Contract, utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures, for 11,490 National Stock Numbers (NSNs). This resulting contract will constitute a four (4)-Year Base Period, and three (3), two (2)-Year Option Periods, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This contract will support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Customer Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) to the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations, DLA Direct (Stock) CONUS and OCONUS locations, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

The scope of this Corporate Successor contract includes all Department of Defense (DoD) managed, part numbers for which John Deere CAGE code 1J955, or any associated John Deere CAGE code including, but not limited to, 0XWZ3, 06021, 08416, 3PSD7, 66834, 66835,66836, 75755, 75160, 9R569, 92836, 96105, are the only approved sources of supply, and are listed on the John Deere CPL. The Government will utilize FOB Origin shipping points for Customer Direct (DVD), DLA Direct (Stock), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Delivery Orders. Only DVD and Stock Delivery Orders will appropriate the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program.
