NOAA has a requirement for Uncrewed Maritime Systems (UMS) Services to provide capabilities in hydrographic surveying, mapping of the seabed, understanding and monitoring ocean chemistry, forecasting hurricanes and other extreme weather events, understanding, monitoring and predicting changes to the climate, and studying and managing marine ecosystems including fisheries and protected species.
This notice is not a request for proposal. This notice is being issued in accordance with FAR 36.601-1, Public Announcement, to publicly announce the Government’s requirement for architectural and engineering services and to negotiate contracts for architectural and engineering services on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services required by this notice and at fair and reasonable prices.
Important Milestones:
1. The period for submitting questions is now open and will close 1 February 2024 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time in accordance with the synopsis.
2. The deadline for submitting responses is 29 February 2024 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time in accordance with the synopsis.
