Description
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for deep well maintenance near Merced, CA. The anticipated period of performance is from the date of award to April 30, 2022
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02. The NAICS code is 221310 and the small business size standard is $30.0 Million.
All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the best value to the government when considering price (fair and reasonable), past experience, and past performance. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced, or other than the highest technically rated quotation. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
