Description
The purpose of Amendment 3 is to respond to questions for Phase III.
1. Answer final questions for Phase III of the Data Analytics solicitation
2. Phase Three (Factors 3 through Factor 7) submittal deadline remains unchanged on August 28, 2024 at 1:00 PM ET.
The mission of the Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODRR) is to connect individuals, businesses, and private non-profits with SBA disaster assistance programs and improve disaster recovery outcomes and economic resilience by helping communities prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against disasters of all types. The ODRR IT and Data Analytics Division (ITDAD) Data Analytics Branch advances data-to-actionable-insights. The ODRR mission includes inherent risks of uncertainty, unforeseeable needs, and/or other widely varying requirements in primary support of SBA’s disaster loan program, requiring robust, high-reliability technical implementations, frequent low-notice, short-turn-around, and high-impact deliverables by way of the Data Analytics Branch.

This requirement will help SBA’s ODRR team provide incident management support, technical assistance materials development, and robust analytical support to inform decision-making processes in preparation for a disaster declaration and after a declared disaster event. This project will ensure that there is a highly refined and integrated flow of information from across the agency, interagency, national, and external sources to inform the Administrator’s economic recovery priorities.
