T--Produce, Deliver, Install Topo Relief Maps, MORA

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service, Mount Rainier National Park, for a contractor/vendor to produce, deliver and install topo relief map models.

This Amendment no. 03 is necessary to extend the response date and incorporate revisions to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Full Text and the Scope of Work.

RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED by 2 business days, changed from "5pm PDT August 16, 2022" to "5pm PDT August 18, 2022."

REVISED ATTACHMENT 6 NOW REPLACED BY ATTACHMENT 10. The Combined Synopsis Solicitation Full text document that was previously included as Attachment no. 6 is revised and replaced by Attachment no. 10. Page 1, List of Solicitation Attachments, includes an updated list of all attachments. Page 2, Price Schedule section provides new information pertaining to allowing for post-award progress payments as milestones are completed during the project. Page 3 is a new section titled "Small Business Re-Representation" that is for quoters to fill in and include with quote if their current SAM reps/certs does not include NAICS 339999. Page 13, Instructions to Quoters (what to include in quote) is changed (see items no. 5.2, 5.4, and 5.7).

REVISED ATTACHMENT 2 NOW REPLACED BY ATTACHMENT 11. The Scope of Work document that was previously included as Attachment no. 2 is revised and replaced by Attachment no. 11. Page 4, Item 7, is changed with new text added that identifies the project phases/milestones and percentages of total contract price for submitting post-award invoices as four progress payments.

REMINDER: Acknowledge all solicitation amendments in quote. See item 5.2 in Attachment 10.

DESCRIPTION: Produce, Deliver, and Install three relief map models, three brass models, and supporting content and structures based on the attached plans. Installation is in the Longmire Wilderness Information Center, the Henry M. Jackson Visitor Center at Paradise, and the Sunrise Visitor Center, all located inside Mount Rainier National Park (MORA), Longmire, WA. Work also includes contractor/vendor hosting four meetings and providing deliverables as detailed in the Scope of Work. Refer to Attachments no. 2-Scope of Work and 3-Topo Relief Map Model Plans, for full details of this requirement. Vendor will coordinate delivery and installation with a designated point of contact which will be provided after award.
