AIRBORNE ISOLATION ROOM INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES FCC Butner

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Butner in Butner N.C intends to make a single award for the provision of Airborne isolation Room Inspection and certification Services at the Federal Medical Complex located in Butner, North Carolina.
The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 (Size Standard: $15,000,000). This solicitation is being issued as set aside 100% for small business. Faith-Bases and Community -based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contrast with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a month base period with four 12-month option periods for renewal.
All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with the statement of work. The Government anticipates requiring the following: monthly inspection of six respiratory rooms monthly replacement of prefilters in six HEPA filters: biannual replacement of carbon filters in two pure air HEPA filters boxes, annual replacement of HEPA filters in six HEPA filter boxes: annual inspection of thirteen non-filter rooms: and the purchase of all filters required to fulfil the Statement of Work.
