Description

The requirement is for a contract to provide annual preventive maintenance and service contract for three (3) Apollo Anesthesia Machines (SN/ECN: ASLF-0100/104452, ASLF-0101/104453, ASLL-0089/105037), four (4) Infinity C700 monitors (SN/ECN: 425193004/104336, 425193009/104337, 428304029/105049, 428304008/1105047), four (4) Infinity Delta Monitors (SN/ECN: 6009263469/104335, 6009256869/104334, 60099468569/105050, 6009461273/105048), and four (4) vaporizers (SN/ECN: ASLF-0446/104451, ASLF-0447/104454, ASLF-0452/104303, and ASLK-0755/105038) for Naval Medical Research Unit - San Antonio, TX.  

This will support NAMRU-SA research projects with marginal disruption. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 12 months, with three (3) twelve month option periods for a total of 48 months.
