COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS
Solicitation No: 86615625R00001
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Healthcare Program (OHP), Office of Residential Care Facilities (ORCF) - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.
The solicitation number is 86615625R00001 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025 -02.
This requirement is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519290-Web Search Portals and All other Information Services with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. The associated Product and Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is R702- Support-Management: Data Collection. The period of performance is one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods if exercised. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
The Office of Residential Care Facilities (ORCF) requires access to a quality of care-related risk management data analytic tool for residential care facilities that produces customizable reports. This tool will be available on a subscription for up to 125 users. The contractor shall provide access to a Web-based portal dashboard report system, including customizable dashboard homepage risk rating report featuring summarized data encompassing regulatory surveys, occupancy, re-hospitalization, enforcement actions, abuse/neglect issues, candidacy for special focus, likelihood of adverse outcomes, and automated alert notifications for up to 5,000 facilities.
All materials submitted in response to this RFP should reference the RFP number,86615625R00001. Please be advised that if your firm submits a proposal, it shall be considered valid for a period of 90 days from the established solicitation closing date.
The Government will award a contract made on the basis of the lowest price technical acceptable resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) may award the contract with or without discussions. All proposals are due no later than 10:00 am (EST), January 13, 2024. All interested parties will be required to submit a written proposal in response to the RFP.
Proposals must be received no later than the time specified for receipt of proposals to be considered for award.
