The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is isuing this solicitation for Project# XHZG201602097 to install new asphalt seal coating in an approximately 80,173 sq foot area in addition to installing asphalt rejuvenator in an approximately 1,000 sq foot area where jet fuel had spilled.  Options for this project will include new asphalt seal coating adjacent to B318, install new asphalt seal coating in parking lots by B240, and building up ground elevation around pavement edge. 

This project is set aside 100% for Small Business.  The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00.  The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b).  Persons who intend to bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference, 2 March 2022 at 1:00pm Central; see FAR 52.236-27 in the document titled 22-B-0001 for more details. Requests for Information (RFIs) must be received by the government by 1300 hours on 16 March 2022 using the attached RFI Template.

"Funds are no presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2022.  This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.  Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors."
