Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – SP4703-22-Q-0038
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562211. The small business size standard is $41.5 million. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 60 days from the receipt of award.
This requirement for installation of ballistic windows in building 41 @ Defense Supply Center Richmond VA. (SEE STATEMENT OF WORK)
Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and RFQ.
Davis Bacon Wage Determination VA2022-0017 dated May 20, 2022 applies.
The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) AT THE TIME OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. If not already registered in CCR and ORCA, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
