Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote (RFQ) number is IPADS23001. The GSA PBS Office of Facilities Management in Fort Worth, TX, has a requirement for Apple iPads and accessories. This notice is being issued with a justification and authorization document that justifies the need for the specific Apple brand name. The following items are required:
CLIN 001: Twenty-one (21) Gen 6 iPad Pro 12.9 inch, 256 GB Tablets Wifi Only w/charging cable
CLIN 002: Twenty-one (21) iPad Pro 12.9 Shockproof Rugged Protective Carrying Defender Case with Tempered Glass Screen Protector 360 Stand, Handle Hand Strap & Shoulder Strap, Case Drop Resistant - or equivalent.
CLIN 003: Twenty-one (21) iPad Pro 12.9 inch Shockproof Rugged Protective Carrying Defender Case with Tempered Glass Screen Protector 360 Stand, Handle Hand Strap & Shoulder Strap, Case Drop Resistant
The items shall be shipped FOB Destination and delivered to the General Services Administration, 819 Taylor Street, 11th floor, cubicle 244, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.

Delivery date: On or before October 30, 2023: Offerors shall provide the information required therein. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical compliance with the Government's requirement, past performance, and price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. All quotes should include shipping cost.
