Description

Project Description: This project scope is to construct a guided missile maintenance facility. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a competitive, Firm-Fixed-Price, Design-Bid-Build, (DBB), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Industrial Building Construction with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.00. Offerors shall submit an offer subject to Project Labor Agreement (PLA) requirements in accordance with FAR 22.504, General requirements for project labor agreements. Any PLA reached pursuant to the PLA requirements in the solicitation does not change the terms of the contract or provide for any price adjustment by the Government.**Amendment 0001 issued on 12 June 2024 with the purpose of: 1. Provide the Government responses to inquiries received during the Request for Information (RFI) period; 2. Update the duration of the acceptance period of the offer to 90 calendar days; 3. Extend the proposal due date from 02 July 2024 to 23 July 2024; 4. Provide a revised Price Schedule, Drawings, and Specifications per RFI Responses; 5. Provide the updated Wage Determination dated 07 June 2024. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.**Amendment 0002 issued on 17 June 2024 with the purpose of: 1. Providing the Government Responses to additional RFIs. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
