Notice of intent to Sole Source Giant Voice Maintenance

The Contractor shall provide services, tools, equipment and a technician to perform initial repair, annual preventative maintenance, and emergency support. Contractor shall comply with Air Force (AF) policies, directives, processes, procedures, national and local security rules, regulations, and requirements. The annual on-site preventative maintenance would include the training of new operators and maintenance personnel, if needed. Must have the ability to work with the existing Acoustic Technology, Inc (ATI) system. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Questions regarding this notice must be submitted by Thursday 22 September at 5:00 PM EST to Contract Specialist 2d Lt Lawrence Jenkins at lawrence.jenkins.1@us.af.mil and the contracting officer TSgt Jackson Woods at jackson.woods@us.af.mil . All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed service based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 20th Contracting Squadron will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
