Description

This is a request for quote (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide heavy equipment maintenance and inspection service for various utility and heavy equipment for multiple sites located within the USACE Chicago District on an “as-needed basis” when requested by authorized callers (as listed). The BPA is comprised of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Enclosed is a Price Breakout Schedule, Statement of Work, and Wage Rates for the proposed BPA.
