Description
The U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia has a requirement for preventative maintenance agreement for water treatment of HVAC system in 5 buildings.
The period of performance is 09/12/2022 to 09/11/2023. There are 4 option years.
Past performance questionnaire shall be completed in accordance with Instructions to Offerors.
RFQ 140G0122Q0204 will be issued on 08/11/2022 with written quotes due on 08/24/2022.
There will be a site visit held at Eastern Ecological Science Center, 11649 Leetown Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430 at 10:00AM ET, Thursday, August 18, 2022. The NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard $16.5 million. This RFQ is set-aside for small businesses.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/02/2022. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7.
All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses may be emailed to jmdunning@usgs.gov.
