The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract an initial quantity of 480 each up to 1800 each of a LANDING GEAR, FIXED, NSN: 1620-01-231-1831, Part Number: 70250-12051-045 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter weapon system.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1 st Year 480 each, 2nd Year 660 each, 3rd Year 660 each.

This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.

This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
