J065--STERIS MEDIVATOR SERVICE CONTACT INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Veterans Health Administration, Hampton, VA intend to award a sole source basis a contract to the Steris Corporation for is to provide preventative and corrective maintenance from Steris for the Medivator Sterilizers at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The period 1 Aug 2023, through 31 July 2024, is to serve as the base year. Fiscal Years 2025 through 2027 shall serve as option years 1 through 4, respectively. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 The equipment covered under this service agreement is listed in the table below and is to include any components of the parent systems. The partnership agreement is to provide preventative and corrective maintenance from Steris for the Medivator Sterilizers at the Richmond VA Medical Center. As a Sole Source purchase quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on 07/10/2023 to warren.pennil@va.gov.
