Description
The 49 SFS at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking to purchase 40x Small, 45x, Medium, 35x Large Size MSV Plate Carrier Vests in OCP color pattern with included Soft Armor Ballistic Inserts NIJ-certified Level IIIA in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics. Quotes must be in accordance with the "Combo-MSV Plate Carriers" attached. All quotes must meet criteria in Attachments.
