Description
PowerBuilder, only available from APPEON, is a development tool used to create Graphical User Interface (GUI) screens that interact
with Oracle databases that contain data related to a number of systems maintained by I&T Columbus and Indianapolis. The
PowerBuilder licenses provide support for multiple DoD Service applications maintained by Defense Finance & Accounting Service
(DFAS). These systems require the software licenses until they are subsumed by the individual DoD Service component Enterprise
Resource Program (ERP).
