Description

The Government intends to procure multiple petroleum fuel products using FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. The Government will award a fixed price with economic price adjustments; requirements-type contracts resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered.
