Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ22R1020 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-03.

Offers are due on 7 March by 10:00 AM (Kansas City Time). Offers shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail to Jaclyn.C.Yocum@usace.army.mil and Christopher.W.Anderson@usace.army.mil. All offers must be good for at least 90 days from offer due date.

This synopsis/solicitation shall be set aside for small businesses and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the business size standard is $19.5 million.

Description of Services Required: The Contractor shall provide labor (at least 2 persons at all times), material, and equipment as specified to perform janitorial services at Longview Lake and Smithville Lake, MO as described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract.  The Contractor shall perform the specific tasks listed in Section C-5.  Acceptable performance standards and current regulations are provided for each task. 

Place of Contract Performance: Smithville Lake located in Clay County, MO 64089

                                                    Longview Lake located in Jackson County, MO 64134
