Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing enhanced dining room consulting implementation to the Syracuse VA Medical Facility located at 800 Irving Ave, Syracuse , NY 13210. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement immediately to be posted to www.Beta.Sam.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
