Description
DESCRIPTION. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Requirements Contract will be awarded resulting from this solicitation that will include one base year with the option for the government to unilaterally award up to four subsequent option years for a single contractor to provide parkwide septic pumping service for Olympic National Park. Septic pumping will occur on an on-call basis, and issuance of individual task orders (purchase orders) that will be awarded after pumping occurs per Contractor's approved invoices. The service is for a single contractor to remove and dispose of human waste via septic pumper truck from facilities throughout Olympic National Park. The contractor is required to pump, haul and dispose of waste from wastewater treatment plants, septic tanks, vault and pit toilets, and two oil-water separators at multiple locations throughout the Park. Refer to the Statement of Work and Parkwide List of Locations.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This requirement is for a base year plus the option to award up to four additional option years, from January 1st to December 31st each year. Most of the pumping will occur between May and October each year during the busiest time when the majority of visitation occurs, however, contractor shall be prepared to provide pumping year-round.
