Description

This is a brand name (Crye Precision, TYR Tactical, S&S Precision, Eagle Industries, London Bridge, First Spear, Mystery Ranch) specific requirement. Substitutions cannot be accepted.

Please read and follow all instructions provided in the RFQ letter and below.  Failure to do so could result in your submission being excluded from evaluation.

This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) to purchase Load Carrying System items. Please review all three attachments which include the RFQ letter, Attachment 1 Price Spreadsheet, and Attachment 2 Brand Name Justification. The provided Price Spreadsheet must be used to submit an acceptable quote.

In your response on the Price Spreadsheet, please fill out the “GSA Contract or Open Market Column” to indicate which item(s) your company is able to provide, under which MAS schedule numbers available or open market. If any item is on a vendor’s GSA Schedule, pricing submitted as part of the quote must be at or below the vendor’s GSA Schedule pricing for that item.

Submissions must include the following in accordance the RFQ instructions:

1. Pricing sheet in the format provided;

2. Technical volume to include warranty information.

Any quotes received without the required documentation IAW the RFQ instructions may be considered unacceptable and not evaluated.
