Description

The purpose of this Amendment No.01 to the above referenced RFP is to incorporate changes in the
RFP, provide answers to questions received (Annex No.01 to this Amendment).

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide services on monitoring, evaluation and learning in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. USAID anticipates issuing a single-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), seven-year contract with a maximum ceiling of $7,000,000. This opportunity is being set aside for Small Businesses only.

The purpose of this seven-years Contract is to provide the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Central Asia regional and bilateral Missions with expert services to conduct independent evaluations, ad hoc assessments and analysis during program development and implementation, and support local capacity building and learning in the Monitoring, Evaluation and
Learning (MEL) space. It is anticipated that this Contract will assist the Central Asia regional and bilateral Missions assess and develop programs, as well as foster learning and knowledge management in order to support stronger results and improve evidence-based programming.
