The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of HEAD ASSEMBLY,TANKP. This solicitation will be solicited as full and open competition, limited to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. Vendors must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors are required to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. The requestor must be the point of contact listed in the JCP certification. Access to the TDP will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. 

To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation. 1. This solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0006, will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) One-Time Buy for the procurement of the following:

2. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive, limited to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. Section A, narrative A.04 DISTRIBUTION AND DESTRUCTION OF EXPORT CONTROL TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE includes more information.

3. In Section J - LIST OF ATTACHMENTS, Attachment 0001 - ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION, is provided. This document outlines the general security guidelines for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information required of the contractor.

4. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal, no later than 5PM EST 8 June 2023 via email to the Contract Specialist
(lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (Valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header:
Proposal Submission - W56HZV-23-R-0006 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.


CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
