Delineated Area:    West: From I-37/N. Mesquite St., go south on N. Mesquite St., west on Twigg St., south on N. Lower Broadway St. continuing onto Lipan St., then south on N. Mesquite St. to Coopers Alley
South: From N. Mesquite St./Coopers Alley, go East on Coopers Alley, south on N. Chaparral St., then east on to Kinney St.
East: From Kinney St./S. Shoreline Blvd., go north on S. Shoreline Blvd. (including the T-Heads) continuing onto N. Shoreline Blvd. to I-37
North: From N. Shoreline Blvd./I-37, go west on I-37 to N. Mesquite St.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 18,752 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Corpus Christi, TX.  The Government has identified a need for 2,196 ABOA SF of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 20,948 ABOA SF if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
